MOBILE ESTIMATES: Our representatives may meet at your home, office, work site, or on the way to or from an errand. To set up an appointment, simply e-mail, call, fax or mail us your address or preferred location, best time and contact information. With thirty years of experience, an accurate estimate may be generated from your digital images attached and e-mailed to us. PICK-UP AND DELIVERY: Pickup service is available provided your insurance coverage allows for us to be covered by your permission. We are picking up at your request and you and your carrier shall be responsible for any and all incidents while in our care. We aim to exercise good judgment and shall treat your possessions better than our own. Please remove precious, personal property. INSURANCE REPAIR CHOICE: By Georgia law, you may choose any repair facility. Your insurance company may suggest one their own facilities. However, their relationship may be based on contract with the carrier and may not negotiate the resolve of all of your needs in your favor. We wish to serve your need first and foremost. We may address issues and offer more flexible solutions, stretching your dollar and resolving your greater needs. Thank you for choosing us! ADDITIONAL REPAIRS: Repairs done at the same time as your claim may be completed at a discount due to the overlap of refinish time and material applications. Please ask for these areas to be noted at the time of estimate or drop off. If we compromise in one area we may stretch your dollar to the greatest benefit in another automotive repair. Please ask for details for best result. INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE: You are compensated for the damage to your vehicle. You may request a compromised repair or hope to assign the repair value to additional work. Compromises are at your request may not be authorized by your carrier. Carriers expect repairs to be performed to pre accident condition. Integrity and Safety comes first at our facility. Please ask for details regarding our policy for savings possibility. Let us advise a plan for your specific needs. PRICE GUARANTEE: As the inspection process develops, hidden damages may be found. This will be documented, images taken and procedures explained before and during the repair process. As these supplemental repairs are realized, appropriate parties are notified for supplements or re-inspection. Parts prices are subject to availability and may increase without notice from our suppliers. We wish for you to be informed and we shall document and notify you of changes. STANDARD DETAIL: We include a standard detail at no additional charge. Insurance companies usually do not pay for cleaning the vehicle to pre accident condition. We offer an extensive range of services upon request. We are flood, smoke, pet, mold, and polishing specialist. We are reasonably priced for these services. Please advise us of your requests at the time of drop off or by e-mail. LOANER VEHICLE: Late model vehicles are available and must be covered by your own insurance carrier. Deposits in the amount of your insurance deductible may be required for these vehicles. No smoking is permitted and we request you return the replacement vehicle in the same condition than when offered. Component damage, abuses, and road hazards are your responsibility and may be subject to assessment deemed by the agent’s discretion. Please inspect vehicle during term use. CERTIFIED FUNDS: We accept most major credit cards and offer discounts for cash. Upon delivery of your vehicle, we request certified funds. Please deposit any insurance drafts as you receive to facilitate the release of your vehicle. If the drafts are two parties, please bring them by for endorsement or surrender the drafts well before vehicle is completed to facilitate delivery. We do not accept personal checks at delivery unless previously approved. Cash & Certified funds preferred.
